Indi.Fashion offers remarkably easy return and exchange policy for all it's customers. We take great care in preparing every order, fabric quality and precise tailoring but we do understand at times product may get damaged in transit or there may be a possibility of wrong product delivered.
We encourage all our customers to get in touch with us in case they are not sure about size options provided on our website. One of your customer care executive will get in touch with you to answer all your questions on sizing and will help you find best size option.
In case of custom tailored orders, we request all our customers to be sure of submitting their measurements and other requirements as these outfits are tailor made just for you and can not be altered or re-listed for sale under any circumstances.

Store Credits - You can choose to accept your approved order refund amount as store credit in case you wish to place an order with us in near future. Store credits have no expiry and can be used along with any discount codes or sale events.
Account Credits - You can choose to accept your approved order amount as refund back to your original credit or debit card used at the time of placing order.
You can file for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating reasons for returns, someone from our team will get in touch with to discuss return process and share a return address with you to send your returns.
Please make sure the following: Returned items are in their original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, undamaged and along with all the content of original packaging. Once we receive your package back at our warehouse, our quality control staff will examine the products and initiate refund or exchange as agreed.
