Indi.Fashion offers remarkably easy return and exchange policy for all it's customers. We take great care in preparing every order, fabric quality and precise tailoring but we do understand at times product may get damaged in transit or there may be a possibility of wrong product delivered.
We encourage all our customers to get in touch with us in case they are not sure about size options provided on our website. One of your customer care executive will get in touch with you to answer all your questions on sizing and will help you find best size option.
In case of custom tailored orders, we request all our customers to be sure of submitting their measurements and other requirements as these outfits are tailor made just for you and can not be altered or re-listed for sale under any circumstances.

Items bought during SALE events. All sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges paid by customer (if any)
- Discounts availed by customer using discount coupon or gift cards
- Duties and taxes levied by customer's respective country
- Package lost in transition during returns
In case you can not find an item for for your exchange, we will issue you a gift card of the full amount which you can use with in twelve months to redeem against any item across the store.
Orders which qualifies for returns, you can choose to get full refund in the form of gift cards or cash refund on your original credit or debit card used at the time of placing order.
Filing for Return
- You can file for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your products.
- Cost of return shipment has to be born by customer
- Please write to us at email@example.com stating reasons for returns. Or
- Click here to initiate exchange/return process.
Someone from our team will get in touch with to discuss return process and and address to send your returns will be shared with you.
- Please make sure returned items are in their original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, undamaged and along with all the content original packaging.
- Once we receive your package back at our warehouse, our quality control staff will examine the products and initiate refund or exchange as agreed.
- Your refunds will be processed within 1 week of receiving returned products.
